Are you ready to test your swimming prowess and embrace an adventurous challenge from the comfort of your local pool? We invite you to participate in the much-anticipated Escape From Alcatraz Virtual Swim Challenge!
Challenge Details:

This challenge is open to all members, and invites you to swim against fellow competitors to see who can complete the distance in the shortest time. Channel your inner escape artist as you dive into this exhilarating event, designed to inspire, motivate, and connect our community of swimmers.
Each swimmer will be ranked based on how swiftly they complete the distance from the start date. It's the perfect opportunity to enhance your fitness levels and engage your competitive spirit.
Join us for an unforgettable virtual swim challenge that promises to test your endurance and deliver a sense of achievement.

Lewsey Park PoolEscape From Alcatraz! Starting from the north shore of the infamous Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay, race around the rock, across the bay, taking in the sights of Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf, finally finishing off at the exclusive St Francis Yacht Club. In total you have 3.6km to cover which should be easy without having to contend with the freezing water and giant walruses!
