Escape From Alcatraz! Starting from the north shore of the infamous Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay, race around the rock, across the bay, taking in the sights of Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf, finally finishing off at the exclusive St Francis Yacht Club. In total you have 3.6km to cover which should be easy without having to contend with the freezing water and giant walruses!
